Triple the size: Google plans to take the stage of CES 2019

Published Date : Jan 03, 2019

2018’s “Hey Google” became a part of more than 50 million hands worldwide. Everywhere you looked there was pervasive presence of ads and signs featuring “Hey Google”.

At annual trade show CES 2019, Google is planning to go triple the size of the booth from last year’s 6,000 square feet to 18,000 square feet. It will have an even larger and more located outdoor booth where it will focus more on Google Assistant and its smart home ecosystem. But this larger than life booth doesn’t count enough space for 30 hospitality suites, as Google acquired extra spaces for interviews, displays, and meetings.

It’s not confirmed that what Google is going to feature at CES 2019 until 6 January 2019, Sunday, where the pre-show media days will begin. The rising number of third-party devices compatible with Google Assistant will play a major part, like what it did at CES 2018.

One of the most capable Chromebooks is still Google’s Pixelbook, yet, the latest Pixelbook 2 is expected to make its debut next week in Las Vegas.

Google and its Tie-ups at CES 2019

LG is also introducing its smart display wireless speaker WK9 integrated with Google Assistant for hands-free assistance and recipes.

There will be more innovative announcements pertaining to the healthcare and technology sectors, and many more by other exhibitors at CES 2019. So, be ready to be amazed.
