Carbonates volume was boosted by both cola and flavoured carbonates. In contrast, dilutables and iced/rtd tea drinks both declined. Iced/rtd tea drinks volume was brought down by a decrease in the powdered segment. Both hot tea and hot coffee were up in Q3-15, helped by the cooler weather. Alcoholic drinks registered growth as beer increased at the same rate. Price strategies in the north of the country contributed to beer category's healthy growth.
